Stanford Summer Session

Studying C++ and advanced counting and probability at Stanford sharpened my ability to think systematically about data. These courses gave me the tool to make sense of the unpredictable of the lived realities of my community. Homelessness, at its core, is defined by uncertainty, where to sleep, when the next meal will come, or how long stability might last. The way probability deals with randomness and risk mirrors how unhoused individuals navigate daily volatility.
